PRIVATE INTRO TO REFORMER

Private Intro to Reformer is a great way to confidently launch your Pilates practice at SHRED. While this is not a requirement, it is suggested so that you can perform at your maximum potential within every class. The private session is tailored to your ability. You will learn the equipment and principles, so that you feel confident walking into the classroom.

REFORMER PILATES

A favorite of many, Reformer Pilates will leave you feeling stronger and more limber. Because class size is a maximum of 5 persons, you will receive the individual attention so that you truly benefit from the work. A small class allows us to coach all levels and abilities at once. Through modifications and variations, we are able to tailor the exercise to your specific needs.

If you are brand new to Pilates, we suggest you attend a Private Intro to Reformer.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE PILATES

Tailored to your physical needs and goals. Develop stronger connections, increase focus and strength. Private sessions are booked within the studio. We will work to accommodate your schedule to make the session most convenient for you.


CARDIO CORE

Cardio Core is fast, furious, and effective! Rock your core with the Cardio-Tramp. The class is a high-energy total body workout that makes use of the trampoline while on the Reformer. Working through transitions and keeping the focus on constant movement. You will reap the benefits of a core-centric total body burnout. This is a 50-minute class.
